My tech career began in financial services in 2001.   From my early days as a junior business analyst to today, as a small business owner,  speaker and community leader, I challenge myself and those around me to live up to our potential. My favorite quote by humorist Erma Bombeck sums it up well.

Whether speaking on stage or guiding product development, I bring people into alignment around shared goals and common sense. I’ve spent 25 years navigating software development projects, business analysis, and team dynamics. Today, I speak, teach, and consult about how we can work better together through building relationships thoughtfully and developing one's craft. I help lean product and project teams become the trusted partners clients ask for by name to help solve their toughest problems. ​
